Abaton informed the local and regional media in connection with the
award received given by the Assistant Secretary Virginia P. Torres last April
23, 2012 LTO-9 for being the most licensing ISO certified based on the exemplary accomplishments as quoted in the given award .
Subsequently LTO -9
received the best employee of 2012 seeing as the first ever award launched, about
of 16 regions as such it follows based
on criteria within long service ,
loyalty and based on excellent record as far as working ability and capability in the
region assigned in the agency.
The entry for the selection of the award is nation –wide.
LTO-assistant secretary Virginia Torres from LTO central
office Philippines formally gave the award to Atty Aminola Abaton the Regional
Director LTO -9 Zamboanga Peninsula, Philippines.
Abaton said, that the award is achieved through making
everybody aware of the central office circulars and getting informed of their
tasks and obligations to get involve.
When asked about the revenue collections of the LTO-9 "In
terms of revenue collections yearly it has been
increasing through its duplicated
circulars and its transparency to all districts and extension offices".
Abaton expresses LTO - 9 will continue to sustain whatever activities to be implemented
in-order to continue the mission of the agency as per committed to work towards the rationalization of land transport services and
facilities and implement effectively the various transportation laws, rules and
regulations. In partnership with other government agencies, the business sector, civil society and other stakeholders .
