Manzan Come Up To Blend the PNP Forces Tackle Tough Action

Pagadian – PSSUPT William Tolomia Manzan (DSC) Officer In-charge (ZPPO) structuring the PNP forces to put into continuous practice in undertaking  the Anti-crime initiatives setting regularly  in implementing assurance  security in  the area by conducting check points and situation reports .

Manzan visited the Police Station over Zamboanga del Sur such as the Police Station of Tambulig on June 5, 2012 conducted a Rank Inspection and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) related to duties, responsibilities, morale and welfare, LOI O6/69 Tamang Bihis program which emphasizing proper wearing of uniform and be vigilant, aware and alert while performing duties and responsibilities. Officer in –charge is conducted the Police communication and Public Speaking seminar together with key officers, personnel’s and COP’s from different station of this PPO held at the conference room ,Camp Abelon , Pagadian City .

PSSUPT Manzan invited Ms Romelinda S. Salvacion SMC instructress to discuss the communication topic and with Pastor Jed B,Abacahin BSED,BSN to lecture the Public Speaking Manzan never forget to remind always during the Monday flag rising to the PNP Forces regarding how to manage also their family especially their children where in the love of father to the children is very important.

Moral support to the children is significant to expect good result in the society where in to live sooner or later.

Margosatubig Police Station had visited by the Officer In-charge Manzan since the Police Information Continuing Education (PICE) is also duplicated to the PNP forces where in very important system to block bad elements aiming to enter in the said locality. 

Manzan conducted inspection regarding the inspection checklist to Kumalarang MPS so as to note that the said station had no established compact with the alfa satisfactory rating.

The activity had successfully ended with the time duration on June 15, 2012.

Subsequent to the inspection the OIC and the PNP forces preceded Tigbao Police Station for inspection and it learned that the MPS of Tigbao now has being comply  the directives of PRO9 with alfa rating of very satisfactorily (VS).

Manzan persistently formulates directives under the circular of PRO 9 to all COP’S to be watchful to prevent untoward incidents in the area of responsibilities and particularly in the MPS.

PSSUPT Manzan a lot of directives to be duplicated by all COPS’S and PNP forces to protect and prevent the MPS where in assigned and every time he visited all MPS in Zamboanga Del Sur.
