CHUA’S ACCOMPLISMENTS - BARANGAY VILLACORTE

Olutanga, ZSibugay, Philippines  –Barangay  Chairman Bienvinido S. Chua in barangay Villacorte, is working  and looking forward for the constituent’s progress.

He made an extensive program for   livelihood sustenance with the intention that no one to suffer about starvation.

Chua have had put up potable water system with the total budget of Php 300,000 and that was implemented, absolutely this project is prioritized since water is very important to life.

The EQUALS 2 PROJECT (USAID) from the American People and that project intended for a Multi Purpose Learning Center in Villacorte Elementary School that is worth of Php107, 000 with the counterpart  budget of Php 15,000 from the 20% of the LGU fund from the barangay.

The piggery under the livelihood project is ongoing,

When ask, " I have 1-term to finish I need to work for the hardest to reach the edge of my objective, I won’t allow   anybody to suffer from hunger just because of economic crisis".

Barangay Villacorte is nearby to the municipality and the farm land is fully planted with coconut tree and it is the first source to sustain life.
 

Fishing is the secondary resources.

Chua encourages the people not to be lazy in doing farming to maintain good life.

13 M Implemented City Health Center in Pagadian

Last July 27, 2012 with the guest speaker from Manila and  the city Mayor Samuel S.Co with the city health doctor  Dr. Ceniza were at hand in the  implementation of the city health centre .

Samuel Co tells to the visitors that night so as to the  Birthing center  can cater 11 or more  mother patients in normal delivery on baby’s birth a day.

Olutanga ZSIBUGAY – Dr. Joel Capotulan the municipal mayor focused on programs that can be helpful to all constituencies.

Farm to Market Road to most barangays with the counter part of the 20% LGU funds has been completed and have had implemented this year of 2012 with the added budget worth 2M from the congressman of the 1st district Hon. Boyet Yambao .

The heavy equipments that were acquired by the LGU through a loan with the multi-million last year of 2011 are very useful since it is in use for the road maintenance.  

This year of 2012 Olutanga Municipality is one the recipients of projects from the Mindanao Rural Development Program (MRDP) through the Department of Agriculture (DA) for the livelihood enterprise sooner it will be started.

When asked, " to impart the Dep –Ed that my 100% support  is obligatory since education is the number one tools to eradicate illiteracy  and I encourage teachers not to be tired to inject  knowledge to each learners in order to reach the goal about the community .   " Capotulan said.

Program is being enlarged that the health center can be equipped by medicines to accommodate ambulatory patients, thus emergency patients case will be referred to the Municipal Hospital in Barangay Bateria.

Phil health is under the capitation fund that LGU’s can enroll thousands of indigent residents to one year coverage.   

Capotulan told to the writer of Mindanao Med Press that by 2013 there should be an allotted funding for the ambulance car and it includes the 30M for the construction of the Municipal hall, the 2.7 M budget for the municipal hospital while the province will be going to down load the budget worth of 25 M for the concreting of the provincial road from Mabuhay to Olutanga Municipality.

The municipal executive is pleased upon knowing for the connection of bridge from Sta. Maria to Talusan and it becomes possible since the plan is under the Payapa at Masagananang Pamayanan Program   Pamana  .

An assurance of this project is nearly to realize since PAMANA has a proof in implementing   the Solar light project in Tambanan worth of 5.7 M.

The1M worth released for livelihood project like agar-agar culture, the agro-fishing projects for the fishermen.

The peace and security order of the place  is very manageable .

Samuel Co Aims to be a Congressman in the 1st District of Zamboanga del Sur-2013

Pagadian City _ Samuel S. Co is being recognized as the icon of the development in the course of his works and achievements.

A public servant since he serves the people by heart.

Empowering the people of Pagadian is the proof of good governance in place.   

The suited tangible programs have been managed, carried out and implemented like infrastructures so as to be attracted by investors in putting up substantial business in the city.

Through businesses are in placed there are jobs for  hiring such sales lady, sales man, service crews and managers to work in the company like hotels, restaurants and in the malls.

Pagadianon graduates are prioritized for work and they accommodated equally for  qualification instead of going to other cities applying for the same jobs.

The development has been evolving and more people are pleased since it increases commerce and trade the revenue that entitled to return back to the people by way of projects to   standardize more living in the community.

For nine years being an implementer Co is incredibly geared up to go ahead for the next level higher position precisely to be a representative for the 1^st district.

Election is still far-off 15 months away but Pagadian’s political class is really readying for the pools.

Co as an implementer for nine years in his regime he is different than of other leaders since he focused and functioned to his job.

When asked about what to do if given a chance " I will do the best and I won’t allow to be the member of the silent committee in the lower house " Co said.

COP MISSION TOUGHENS PNP FORCES TO ACCOMPLISH MISSION

Pagadian City-PSUPT Kenneth Mission the Chief of Police Installed last May of 2O12.

PSupt Mission said that the PNP who are assigned in the traffic can take a look ahead upon the bad elements will go through   inside and out the city   therefore the key task is to toughen the   local traffic police to see and to enforce the local ordinances in order to even the flow of traffic in school and  in the thoroughfares of the city.

Police forces who are assigned will also watch the tricycles and each riding passengers’ which from time to time can cause an accidents due to overloading.

Single motor vehicles are also to be closed watch.

Mission provides a new computer desk top worth of thousand to the traffic enforcers office to speed up traffic local ordinances report to be implemented.

The City Police station is first-class in physical aspects and as per instruction of data- base is systematized and the PNP forces are being aware for crime preparedness.

Congresswoman Sahidulla Supports the Growth and Progress of Banguingui Municipality

Banguingui Sulu- Nur Ana I. Sahidulla the congresswoman of the second district of Sulu. Infrastructures are being prepared for the development in the said district and above all in the municipality of Banguingui.



Tongkil  formerly  the most peaceful town in the province of Sulu and it is under Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao.

It was named Banguingui on January 29, 2006 in honor of the salient Banguingui tribes of the municipality.

Banguingui Mariculture Park and Aqua Tourism has been established almost a year ago with the effort and jointly by the Department of Agriculture DA, the Bureau of Fisheries Aquatic  Resources BFAR and with the partnership of the Banguingui LGU under the management of Abdulwahid O. Sahidulla the municipal mayor.

The project is to go for a livelihood for rural fisher folks for  good life in the islands on top the place is rich in fry and finger links from fishes marketable in fish  trade.


Manisan beach a typical white sand beach resort a better place for relaxation to breathe in the breezy seashore. And this beach resort can be found only in the island of Banguingui Sulu Philippines, one of the best projects of the Congresswoman that was launched last July 6, 2012 with the municipal executive.

Banguingui island is one of the best   amongst the 700  islands of the country Philippines it is the grandest respect in promoting the islands particularly tourist destination. 

Congresswoman and Mayor Sahidulla are very positive that Manisan Resort can be further visited by foreigners.

Manzan Come Up To Blend the PNP Forces Tackle Tough Action

Pagadian – PSSUPT William Tolomia Manzan (DSC) Officer In-charge (ZPPO) structuring the PNP forces to put into continuous practice in undertaking  the Anti-crime initiatives setting regularly  in implementing assurance  security in  the area by conducting check points and situation reports .

Manzan visited the Police Station over Zamboanga del Sur such as the Police Station of Tambulig on June 5, 2012 conducted a Rank Inspection and Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) related to duties, responsibilities, morale and welfare, LOI O6/69 Tamang Bihis program which emphasizing proper wearing of uniform and be vigilant, aware and alert while performing duties and responsibilities. Officer in –charge is conducted the Police communication and Public Speaking seminar together with key officers, personnel’s and COP’s from different station of this PPO held at the conference room ,Camp Abelon , Pagadian City .

PSSUPT Manzan invited Ms Romelinda S. Salvacion SMC instructress to discuss the communication topic and with Pastor Jed B,Abacahin BSED,BSN to lecture the Public Speaking Manzan never forget to remind always during the Monday flag rising to the PNP Forces regarding how to manage also their family especially their children where in the love of father to the children is very important.

Moral support to the children is significant to expect good result in the society where in to live sooner or later.

Margosatubig Police Station had visited by the Officer In-charge Manzan since the Police Information Continuing Education (PICE) is also duplicated to the PNP forces where in very important system to block bad elements aiming to enter in the said locality. 

Manzan conducted inspection regarding the inspection checklist to Kumalarang MPS so as to note that the said station had no established compact with the alfa satisfactory rating.

The activity had successfully ended with the time duration on June 15, 2012.

Subsequent to the inspection the OIC and the PNP forces preceded Tigbao Police Station for inspection and it learned that the MPS of Tigbao now has being comply  the directives of PRO9 with alfa rating of very satisfactorily (VS).

Manzan persistently formulates directives under the circular of PRO 9 to all COP’S to be watchful to prevent untoward incidents in the area of responsibilities and particularly in the MPS.

PSSUPT Manzan a lot of directives to be duplicated by all COPS’S and PNP forces to protect and prevent the MPS where in assigned and every time he visited all MPS in Zamboanga Del Sur.
