LTO Pagadian maintains best service

Pagadian City LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO), Emmanuel A. Barreto the Deputy Quality Management Representative (DQMR ) is looking forward for the aim collections in the year of 2011-2012 in the district , since the schme of the ISO program had been implemented and applied the procedures there’s no reason that the objective of the district wouldn’t be realized .
